While eating a delicious burger, I bit into it too deeply and cracked a bridge on the toothpick holding said burger. I called the office and they were out of the office Aug 1-12. I called Dr. Kohls while she was vacationing and she met me that day and patched it so I could function till they returned to the office. Once they returned they were able to promptly fix the tooth. Now it feels even better and looks lovely. SO THANKFUL

I always enjoy the folks at the dentist but my concern is that I have to come back in a second time now for my teeth feeling roigh the next day after a procedure. AMAZING PRACTICE. Dr. Kohls is fantastic. She's personable, caring, and honest. Her communication is very clear and she thoroughly explains all the procedures and options. Every assistant and hygienist (cleanings) I've seen at Dr. Kohls' practice is also terrific. The front office staff are some of the nicest, sweetest (and competent!) people you'll ever meet. You'll walk away wishing you could hang out with any of these folks! Dr. Kohls isn't all about the money. She spends money on the latest tech for her patients and she is into KOIS. I have a lot of dental issues and I feel very comfortable trusting Dr. Kohls and all of her staff. My husband and I each had our first dentist appointments in quite a while with Dr Kohls - between moving, jobs, and life, for one reason or another, we just hadn’t gone in years. My past dentists had also been rather creepy or inappropriate, so I wasn’t compelled to go, until my wisdom teeth decided to make trouble. We both enjoyed our visits. Dr Kohls and her staff are all exceedingly kind, nonjudgmental, friendly, and very careful to avoid causing pain. So much so, I recommended my mother, who is terrified of dentists, go to Dr Kohls. If you’re putting off taking care of your teeth because the idea of the dentist is off-putting, I think you’ll be put at ease and in great hands.

I went in for a tooth cleaning and it was a wonderful experience. The dental hygienist was very thorough, but very gentle at the same time. What could have been an uncomfortable experience was anything but that. I would highly recommend giving Dr. Kohls office a try.

We love our dental hygienist and she does a great job and we also love Dr. Kohl. The reason there are only three stars, a new protocol has been added and it sprays the patient and the hygienist quite a lot. It’s not comfortable for the patient and it would seem, not comfortable for the hygienist. This has happened the last two times I’ve had my teeth cleaned!

The dental aspects of my visit were superior - very efficient, professional and timely care. The administrative was not so stellar. The billing and scheduling process is always more lengthy and difficult than it needs to be. And best of all - everyone was super supportive and no one shamed me for the way I take care of my teeth, which cannot be said for any other dentist office I’ve gone to. I felt understood as a human that I am not a perfect brusher, I will not give up drinking coffee, and I hate flossing like the rest of us. I was treated like I can make my own choices for my health and that as an adult I know what the consequences are from my actions, but that they are going to be there to support me and ensure my teeth are healthy. I did not see Dr. Kohls, she is excellent. However,I saw another doctor in the same office. I specifically asked her not to probe in a sensitive area, she did it anyway. When did patients stop having rights to their own bodies? When I say no, that means no, not disregard my request, do it, then explain why you had to go against my request. Please honor your patients wishes, that is why some of us are terrified of visiting a dentist.

I just love Heather and Dr. Kohls. They have so many patients in between my 2 appointments a year and they still make me feel like they know me and remember details about my life. The front office staff is also really great every single time. Heather makes my cleanings quick and painless and Dr Kohls is always personable and takes the time to chat when she checks in. My visit was for a cleaning and x-rays. The dental hygienist was gentle and did a thorough job. But in casual conversation, she referred to me as an old lady. I was very insulted. When I saw Dr. Kohls, she was very professional and kind. I was considering replacing a four unit bridge. She didn’t push me into doing this, rather she encouraged other options. I feel valued at this practice.
